Besil is the Founders of Rx-Clique. He has a nursing background. It was because of nursing school he saw a need for patients to get their medication and wanted to create a solution. Besil also holds a degree in Health Care Administration and Management. In his spare time, he volunteers with his church doing meal prep for the Ronald McDonald House and passing out meals to those in need in Galveston.

Nelia Cruickshank is an innovative healthcare thought leader and entrepreneur with over 21 years in demonstrated results in increasing revenues, market share, achieving cost efficiencies and improving client satisfaction for diverse organizations. Solid reputation in leading operations and marketing strategies with the ability to analyze issues, devise continuous process improvements and incorporate forward-thinking initiatives to increase efficiency and aggregate expenses with limited resources. Expertise in aligning product offerings with customer requirements and conducting research on the competitive landscape translating to lowering product development and implementation costs.

Prior to Rx-Clique, Nelia was at Cardinal Health where she led business retention and development activities for a $500 million revenue portfolio as a Director of Marketing and Strategy. Before Cardinal Health, she worked for MEDLAB a startup as a VP of Operations, Strategic Development, Client Relations and Marketing where she grew the company portfolio to $200 million. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from Northern University. She sits on various board appointments and advisory positions.

Thomas is the Chief Marketing Officer at Rx-Clique. He has extensive experience in marketing, working from multi-billion-dollar corporations to startups, and in various industries by putting customers first. Early in his career he was in health and patient care as an ER Tech and Administrator. From these experiences, a belief that one of the challenges for healthcare patients is ensuring they have all their medication and preventing costly return visits (His wife, Christen, is a Physician Assistant, also). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Health Services Research from Texas State University. During his free time, he serves as a Vice President of his, attempts to give back to his profession by and society with the Eagle Scout Association of Sam Houston Area Council. He has two wonderful daughters (Charlotte and Caroline) and a French Bulldog (Nugget).

Mary E. Roberts is a technology leader with over 15+ years of experience in being a healthcare thought leader and has expertise in multiple industry verticals.

She brings strong leadership skills to create a high-performing team that can help with technology-driven solutions, innovative/strategic thinker to help streamline Rx Clique’s product technology roadmap. Her wide range of experience in implementing healthcare go-to-market products and experience with a hospital, pharmacy, PIS, HIS, EHR, Data-Driven healthcare technology components.

She has managed dozens of products go-to-market launches & the end-to-end integration of seven acquisitions. Over 10+ years of Cybersecurity, HIPAA, SOX, FDA (21 CFR Part 11), CAP / CLIA & PCI.

Before Rx-Clique, Mary worked at Cardinal Health and led M&A, Central Fill, managed an onshore/offshore team for Pharmacy Solutions technical needs. Finalizing final dissertation with a Ph.D. In Information Technology with w/a specialty focus in Cyber Forensic, Master of Science in Information Technology w/Information Assurance Business Administration and a bachelor’s in criminal justice forensic Investigation.

In her spare time, she mentors young students, loves camping, traveling, reading, and is a published author.
